GENERAL RACE INFORMATION
ATHLETE ELIGIBILITY
In order for an athlete to participate, they MUST be registered and appear in the AMOTOE electronic system and hold a valid Athlete Health Card. All entries must be submitted through the AMOTOE electronic platform at e-amotoe.gr.
PARTICIPANTS
ONLY athletes whose Sports Clubs are registered in e-kouros are eligible to participate. Motorcycles must be 2-stroke 125cc and above, or 4-stroke 225cc and above. The athlete must be 16 years of age or older. In the case of a minor athlete, a certified written consent from both parents is required for participation in the race.
HEALTH CARD
GREEK RIDERS
Participants are required to present and show their Health Card, which must be in physical (paper) form and not digital, as photographs are not accepted. Any athlete who does NOT have the Health Card in paper form will not be allowed to participate in the race, even if they are registered on e-amotoe.gr.
FOREIGN RIDERS
In order to allow the participation of a rider holding a sports license issued by FMNs that are members of FIM or FIM Europe, the rider’s supervising federation must send a Starting Permission via email to president@amotoe.gr.
In order to accept the participation of foreign riders, the FMN of these riders must send via email the starting permission of the riders to president@amotoe.gr.
Foreign riders will be classified and awarded but will not score points in the Greek Championship.
ENTRY FEES
• GREEK RIDERS
The entry fee is set at €80.00 until 13/09/2026, 24:00 (for regular entries), and until 15/09/2026, 24:00 with an additional €20.00 (for late entries), and until 17/09/2026 with an additional €40.00 (for late entries).
• INTERNATIOLNAL RIDES
For foreign riders, the €80.00 entry fee must be paid in cash only at the Race Secretariat before the technical inspection of the motorcycle.The entry fee is set at €80.00 until 13/09/2026, 24:00 (for regular entries), and until 15/09/2026, 24:00 with an additional €20.00 (for late entries), and until 17/09/2026 with an additional €40.00 (for late entries).
• Entries must be submitted through the Federation’s electronic system (e-amotoe.gr).
ARTICLE 4. RACE DESCRIPTION
Prologue
On 26/09/2026, riders will participate in a timed test (Prologue). The time achieved by each rider will determine their starting position for the Main Race on 27/09/2026.
Specifically, on Saturday 26/09, a course of approximately 1.5 km will take place in the public area opposite the Aquarium, consisting of technical obstacles (logs, tires, etc.). Riders will start in the order in which their entries were submitted. Participation in the Prologue is mandatory for all classes.
Riders who do not take part in the Prologue will receive a penalty of 180 minutes, while riders who start but do not finish will receive a penalty of 90 minutes.
Main Race
The mountain race will take place the following day, on 27/09/2026. The start will be given by class, with riders starting in groups.

Riders who did not finish the Prologue
Riders who did not participate in the Prologue
The race route will start twice from the Kastoria Ski Center in Vitsi.
The race course will be common for all classes, except for Class A, which will complete additional sections.
The finish line will be located near the village of Oxya.
At the midpoint of the course, there will be a refueling point in the village of Oxya.
In the village of Oxya, there will be a designated area where competitors may refuel and carry out repairs.
Fuel costs are the responsibility of the rider. Fuel cans must be delivered by the rider to the Secretariat on the morning of September 26 before collecting the motorcycle from the Parc Fermé.
During the race, outside assistance is STRICTLY PROHIBITED (punishable by disqualification), except at designated points staffed by event personnel. Assistance is permitted only between riders.
ARTICLE 5. ADMINISTRATIVE CHECKS – TECHNICAL INSPECTION
Submission of an entry form automatically implies full acceptance and knowledge of both the Supplementary Regulations and the General Regulations by the participant.
In order for an athlete to participate, they MUST be registered and appear in the AMOTOE electronic system and hold a valid Athlete Health Card.
If, during the administrative checks, the organizers determine that a motorcycle does not correspond to the declared class, it will be compulsorily transferred to the class that it actually corresponds to, following the recommendation of the Technical Stewards and the decision of the Jury.
The technical inspection will include all requirements specified in the Scramble Technical Regulations. Any deviation from the required standards will result in exclusion from the race.
If any non-compliance escapes the attention of the Technical Steward, this does not mean that any violation or failure to comply with the Technical Regulations, as published by AMOTOE, is accepted. The competitor bears full responsibility.
ARTICLE 6. PARC FERMÉ
In the Parc Fermé area, the motorcycle must be brought in by the rider personally and placed in the location designated by the Parc Fermé official.
The use of an environmental protection mat is mandatory.
After the race, motorcycles may leave the Parc Fermé only by the rider who participated in the race.
The removal of motorcycles from the Parc Fermé by mechanics, assistants, accompanying persons, or any other individual is not permitted.
ARTICLE 7. CLASSES – START NUMBERS

Start numbers will be assigned by the organizers.
AWARDS
• Trophies will be awarded to the first three riders of each class.
• ONLY Class A riders will receive cash prizes.
For the Prologue on 26/09/2026:
• 1st Place Class A: €200.00
• 2nd Place Class A: €100.00
• 3rd Place Class A: €50.00
For the Main Race on 27/09/2026:
• 1st Place Class A: €500.00
• 2nd Place Class A: €150.00
• 3rd Place Class A: €100.00
